1. Definitions and Interpretation

3.3 Account Registration Process

Each user is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with nnvip. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraudulent activity. Users found operating multiple accounts will have all accounts permanently closed, and all funds, deposits, and winnings may be forfeited. nnvip employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts through verification of names, addresses, email addresses, IP addresses, device fingerprints, payment methods, and other identifying information.

3.5 Account Credentials and Security

Upon registration, you will create a username and password for your nnvip account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify nnvip of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. nnvip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). Maximum deposit limits may apply based on payment method, account verification status, and regulatory requirements. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. nnvip does not charge fees for deposits, but third-party payment providers may impose their own fees.

4.3 Verification of Payment Sources

All deposits must originate from payment sources registered in your legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. nnvip reserves the right to request documentation verifying ownership of payment methods used to fund your account. This may include copies of credit or debit cards (with certain numbers masked), bank statements, e-wallet screenshots, or other documentation reasonably necessary to verify the legitimacy of deposits.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

nnvip maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with Philippine regulations and international best practices. 6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

All users must engage with nnvip services in good faith and in the spirit of fair play. Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the gaming system, bonuses, or other features is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds. 9.2 nnvip-Initiated Suspension or Closure

nnvip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without cause. Reasons for account closure may include but are not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, underage gambling, multiple account creation, use of stolen payment methods, abusive behavior toward staff, or suspected money laundering. 9.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. nnvip reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee on inactive accounts with balances. 10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed on the nnvip website and platform are the exclusive property of nnvip or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use nnvip services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content, software, or services obtained from nnvip without express written permission.

The nnvip name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of nnvip. Users may not use these trademarks without prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are the trademarks of their respective owners.

11. Limitation of Liability

nnvip provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nnvip disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. nnvip does not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

In no event shall nnvip be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of nnvip services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. nnvip's total liability for any claims arising from your use of services shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nnvip is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including technical failures, internet service provider failures, power outages, natural disasters, labor disputes, government actions, or acts of war or terrorism.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless nnvip, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms and Conditions; (b) your violation of any law or regulation; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party; (d) your use or misuse of nnvip services; or (e) any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through your account.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of nnvip services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations between you and nnvip. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

13.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

15. Severability
